Privacy Policy
This notice describes the personal information Rainbet collects when you register and play, the reasons we are permitted to hold it, and the rights you can exercise over it.
It applies to our website, mobile pages and any email we send you.
Information we collect
When you open an account we ask for your name, date of birth, email address, residential address and a mobile number. Payment details, along with documents supplied for identity or source-of-funds checks, are collected because licence conditions require us to verify who is playing and where the money comes from.
Gameplay generates its own record: bets placed, rounds resolved, balances before and after, bonus credits applied and the times each event occurred. This ledger is what allows a disputed round to be reconstructed months later and cannot be selectively erased while the account remains open.
Technical information reaches us automatically — IP address, approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system, browser build and the pages visited during a visit. We also retain support tickets, live chat transcripts and any correspondence you send us.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Most processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and Rainbet: without an account record, a balance and a transaction history there is no service to provide. Withdrawal processing and bonus accounting fall into the same category.
Anti-money-laundering screening, age verification, record retention and responsible-gambling monitoring are carried out to meet legal obligations under our Anjouan Gaming Authority licence and applicable financial-crime rules. We cannot waive these checks at a player's request.
Fraud detection, account-security monitoring and the investigation of bonus abuse rest on our legitimate interests in running a platform that is not exploited to the detriment of other players. Marketing email, SMS and push notifications are sent only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting your ability to play.
Who sees your information
Game studios supply the titles in our lobby and receive the round data needed to run them and settle results. Payment institutions, identity-verification providers, fraud-screening services, email delivery platforms and our hosting provider each process a defined slice of data under written instructions from Rainbet.
Regulators, auditors, payment schemes and law-enforcement bodies may be given information where a legal obligation, formal request or licence condition requires it. We disclose the minimum the request supports and keep an internal record of what was released.
Some of these providers operate outside the country where you live. Where data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism, and we assess the recipient's security arrangements before any transfer begins. We do not sell personal information.
Retention, cookies and security
Verification documents, transaction ledgers and gambling activity records are kept for at least five years after the account closes, because anti-money-laundering rules require it. Chat transcripts and support tickets are held for two years; marketing preferences are kept for as long as needed to honour an opt-out.
Cookies keep you logged in, remember currency and language choices, and measure how pages perform. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking core functions; analytics and marketing cookies are optional and managed through the consent banner or your browser settings.
Traffic to Rainbet is encrypted in transit, stored passwords are hashed rather than saved as text, and access to verification documents is limited to staff whose role requires it and logged when used. No system is beyond compromise, so please use a password unique to this site and enable two-factor authentication.
Your rights and how to use them
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, have inaccurate details corrected, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request that we restrict processing while a dispute is open, or receive your data in a portable format. UK residents hold these rights under the UK GDPR.
Deletion requests are honoured where no overriding obligation applies. Records we must retain for anti-money-laundering, self-exclusion enforcement or regulatory audit will survive a deletion request, and we will tell you plainly which categories those are.
Write to the address in the account help centre, marking the subject line 'Data Request'. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity first so that personal data is never released to the wrong person. If our answer does not satisfy you, UK players may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
